SERV 31 has been placed back in active service as a take home EMS duty crew response unit. The new EMS duty crew which began Sept 1, 2007 consists of one senior EMT who staffs that unit for a 12 hour period at night (6pm - 6am) for EMS responses. SERV 38 will still respond behind SERV 31 to provide extra manpower as needed.
